Floating Sound Baths
Intro Aerial Yoga Workshops
Symbiotica has come into collaboration with Bhūmi, an experienced Nāda (sound) Yoga therapy practitioner, to offer floating sound healing journeys.
Two-hour immersive experience:
Floating in a sound bath, reiki, chakra balancing, qi gong, and a yoga nidra immersion. All while being held inside a representation of the primordial womb - the aerial yoga hammock. Aimed at bringing the body and mind into a healing state flickering between the worlds of consciousness and deep rest.

This immersive workshop takes you through everything you need to know about an aerial yoga practice on a belt or hammock. Including Yoga lineage, basics to advanced postures, and teaching the rehabilitative and holistic healing applications of an aerial yoga practice.
This is a wonderful way to set you up on your journey with aerial yoga. Perfect for the complete beginner looking to build confidence and know what to expect from weekly classes, or the advanced yogi looking to deepen their scope and knowledge.
